Future Sonics hereby warrants that this product is without defect in materials, workmanship and/or manufacture for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer, retailer or licensed reseller. Future Sonics will, at its option, repair or replace any defective Future Sonics brand product within the term of this limited warranty with the return of the original product including its original proof of purchase (required). This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof damaged through alteration, mishandling, misuse, neglect or accident. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no person or representative is authorized to assume for the company any other liability in connection with the sale of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
